Acceptance

By downloading or playing Neighboguard, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

License to use

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Neighboguard for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment on a device you own or control.

In-game items & currency

Cobbles, Brick, Timber, cottages, decor, boons and any other in-game items are earned through play only. They have no real-world value, cannot be bought, sold, transferred, or exchanged for money or anything outside the game, and may be reset if you reset the town or delete the app. Neighboguard has no real-money purchases.

Acceptable use

Please don't reverse-engineer, decompile, tamper with, cheat in, or redistribute the app or its content. The game is for your personal use.

Intellectual property

Neighboguard and all of its art, audio, text and code belong to the developer. This license does not transfer any ownership to you.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Neighboguard is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.

Children

Neighboguard is a family-friendly game suitable for general audiences.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the current version.
